Caroline is currently serving as Chairwoman of Progressive Investment Management Group (PIM) bringing together the world’s largest reciprocal trade communities specializing in E-Commerce and non-traditional commercial transactions.
 
 Caroline is also the vice chair of IRTA - International Reciprocal Trade Association. She is a UNICEF Ambassador, a Certified Trade Executive, CTB and Licensed Real Estate Corporate Manager . She is a Justice of the Peace and was recently awarded “Most Innovative CEO 2022 in APAC” by Woman’s CEO Monthly and "Best BUsiness Solution CEO 2023" by Apac Weekly.
 
 She is passionate about digital strategies that promote business health and bridge the financial gap whilst promoting sustainable initiatives. She has been part of the BBX Group for over 30 years with the goups capital support offered through the platform to SME's  being in excess of $6.2b.
 
 

Throughout his career, Jeff Ostroff has worked in the marketing and communications field: handling anything from speaking engagements, to training programs, to consulting and writing projects, to interviewing people, to newscasts, to being a party DJ and event host. 

In recent years, Jeff’s created two podcasts that he hosts: “Health Care on the Horizon,” and “Looking Forward: Opportunities for Job, Career, Business, and Investment Seekers.” He’s also a co-host of another podcast about macular degeneration. 

In addition, Jeff’s a podcast producer, trainer, consultant, columnist, and frequent podcast guest; a voiceover talent; and a B2B/B2C interviewer for businesses looking to promote their companies or better understand their prospects and customers. He also teaches people how to improve their interviewing skills. Jeff is the author of the Prentice-Hall book, Successful Marketing to the 50+ Consumer.
